David Munro - Director
David Munro has more than 28 years Training experience in the public and private sectors including a total of 19 years at the Queensland School of Printing and Graphic Arts where he taught a variety of programs from Certificate to Diploma level. David owned and operated his own Printing business for four years and has held a number of management roles in private business and TAFE. He has presented seminars on Customer Service throughout Australia and New Zealand, been the MC at a number of graduations and business forums and is also a keynote speaker.
In addition to his teaching qualification David has a Certificate IV (TAA04) in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Business. He has successfully completed a number of business courses including Franklin Covey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “Focus, Achieving your High Priorities” and “7 Habits for Managers”. David is a qualified Internal Auditor for ISO9001:2000
David is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators and is currently the President of the 4118 Club – a business association in the Browns Plains area of Logan City.
